LokTok - Chat AI Movies Series (“LokTok”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile app that helps you discover movies and series, chat with AI, and track what you watch. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Information stored on your device
LokTok is designed to keep most of your data on your iPhone or iPad. This includes:
- Username and avatar you choose in the app
- Watchlist, favorites, and viewing preferences
- AI chat history stored locally for your session
We do not operate a user account server that stores this personal activity in our own database.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
LokTok is free to use and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob as our only advertising partner. AdMob may show:
- Banner ads
- Interstitial (full-screen) ads
- App open ads when you return to the app
On iOS, you may see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can choose whether to allow tracking. If you decline, ads may still appear but may be less personalized.

What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not use advertising partners other than Google AdMob
- We do not collect payment or banking information (the app is free)
Children’s privacy
LokTok is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will help address it.
Data retention
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app or clear app data. Advertising-related data handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of LokTok after changes means you accept the updated policy.
